Escape with Aggressor to Cocos Island on our Costa Rica liveaboard scuba diving adventure! Cocos is a lush, green uninhabited island resting 342 miles off Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Rocky pinnacles surrounding Cocos are beacons for big animals and big action. Schooling hammerheads, countless white-tip sharks, mantas, tuna and even whale sharks call Cocos home.
Okeanos Aggressor I
The Okeanos Aggressor is a 110’ yacht, built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. She is diesel powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 110-volt power on board. Comfortable accommodations for 22 guests includes 9 double staterooms and a quad stateroom. Each stateroom features a private bathroom and shower, individual climate control, monitor with media player and storage space for your luggage. The Okeanos Aggressor has a spacious salon, 40 feet of sun deck, chaise lounges, deck chairs, bar, grill, and a complete photo center. The onboard video format is both NTSC and PAL. There is ample storage space for your diving equipment in your personal locker. The Okeanos Aggressor yachts provide 80 cubic ft. tanks, weight belts and weights. All tanks have K-valves (American type) and DIN (European) valves. There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie, digital presentation or a video to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The crew especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.
The Okeanos Aggressor I departs from Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Boarding and departure depends on the tide schedule. Immediately after boarding for our Costa Rica liveaboard scuba diving adventure, the yacht departs for its 36 hour crossing to Cocos Island. There are multiple dives throughout the day for an average of 24 dives on 10 night charters.
Water temperatures range from 72-82F, with cooler thermoclines. 3-5mm wetsuit recommended
