Regular Instruction Hours
Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm.

Morning Aquatic Excercise
The Sacramento location pool is open mornings for individual aquatic excercise.

Monday through Friday 8am - 10am $60/Month*


Regular 30 Minute Classes
Classes are 30 minutes with a ratio of two students per class with a cost of $17* per student
We offer a sibling discount to three children in our half hour classes.
Classes are scheduled in two-week sessions as follows:

Monday through Friday 10 Classes $170*
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6 Classes $102*
Tuesday-Thursday 4 Classes $68*
30 Minute Private Class $34*



Parent-Tot 30 Minute Classes
Four 30 minute Classes for $40*

Tuesday 12:30pm
Thursday 12:30pm
Friday 7:00pm
