Policy: Returns and Refunds
Purchases
DolphinScuba.com's online Return and Refund Policy is simple and direct. You may return any new, unused merchandise in its original packaging with all manuals and paper work for a refund excluding shipping fees within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy does not apply to special orders or non-stocking items. A return authorization or RMA number is not necessary but we do require you to download, completely fill out and send in our Merchandise Return Form. Please note that Special orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Trips
Payment Policy:
When signing up for an international trip, Dolphin Scuba Center will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit. For some international destinations, Dolphin will set up a monthly payment plan. International trips must be paid in full 90 days prior to the departure date.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Dolphin Scuba Center will, however, collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.
If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
Return Form:
If you want to exchange or receive a refund for purchases, a Merchandise Return and Order Form is required. Please fill the form out and send it back in the box with the merchandise in question.
