Snorkel functions well. However, the color is transparent so don't expect it to be noticeably visible when snorkeling. The clip was functional although different than what I had before.

I'm a professional scuba instructor and divemaster. Bought this snorkel for my son en route to Kauai. Nearly stole it from him to replace my 20-year old Mares snorkel that's still going strong. It's super comfortable and breathes really easily. Mares snorkels are superior!
My 12 year old daughter went snorkeling for the first time. After much thought, I decided not to get her a dry snorkel since dry snorkels require proper breathing. She really liked the Mares Ergo. She did not have any issues with water entering the snorkel. It's a great quality snorkel and she should be able to grow with this snorkel.
Great snorkel, the mouth piece fits well and is quite comfortable. Used a few times and it worked great. Pretty good deal for the money
Very good snorkel for a nice price. Why would anyone pay more for a piece of bent plastic through which to breathe? This replaces another exactly the same which was lost in big surf during a shore dive. It is lightweight and if used for scuba is much less heavy and distracting hanging by the side of your head than a dry snorkel and works pretty much as well if you can learn to breathe around a little water before clearing.
This has become my goto snorkel. Great airflow. Not watertight in waves, but easy to clear so I prefer it over my other waterproof snorkel. Black is elegant!
