Service Department

Scuba equipment is life-support. In addition to proper cleaning and storage, it’s extremely important to have your gear serviced annually to ensure it works correctly on all dives. An annual service maintains your manufacturer warranty, preserves “parts-for-life” (if qualified), and keeps your diving as safe as possible. Typical turnaround is about 14 days from receipt, with rush orders available case-by-case.

Function Testing & Service

  • Quick Check: Verifies major regulator/BCD functions meet spec; includes leak detection.
  • Performance Testing: Pre-test evaluation, basic cleaning, adjustments to spec, leak detection.
  • Annual Service: Evaluation, complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, rebuild with kits, adjust to spec, submersion test.

Turnaround ~14 days from receipt, assuming no major issues. Rush orders possible case-by-case.
