Storm Lycra Dive Skin - Small

Posted by Wendy A - via Amazon on May 28th 2015

The Storm Lycra Dive Skin is exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad I didn't order a size up as others had recommended or it would have been much to big. The small fits perfectly. For comparison sake I've placed my measures below to help anyone others that may be interested in this brand as well.

      Great

They fit perfectly. I am 5'10\" and weight 173 lbs. bought XL Ouse them to keep warm during my water exercise and they keep me comfortable easy on a little hard to get off. Wish zipper was a little longer would make it easier to get on and off.

It fits well. Easy to get into. I anticipate that it will work well when I use it on vacation

Works just like you'd think it does.

I don't wear this under a wetsuit, I wear it alone. The reason I wear this is protect me from too much sun and also from any stinging, rash causing, critters I might encounter during my snorkel. I like to snorkel shallow water, so I have to swim through sea grass. I would get a rash from the grass (or critters on and in the grass), this skin keeps me rash free. I snorkel warm water, Florida Keys. So I didn't get this skin for warmth, just protection. I am overweight and was concerned that I would look ridiculous in the skin, but to be honest it wasn't too bad. So don't let being a bit chubby stop you from getting one. I wear size 18-20 in jeans, and the XXX large was good for me. The legs were a little long, but I just tucked the extra into my dive boot. I would not have been able to wear the XX. Good luck!

      reference sizing info

Posted by William L - via Amazon on May 28th 2015

To help others with sizing I'm 6\"1\"/195lbs and the \"Large\" size is a tight fit in terms of pulling the shoulder up to put my arm in the sleeve. Once it's on the dive skin is very snug and comfortable (no irritating zippers or seams) so this is the correct size for me. The material/sewing appears to be of good quality -- I'm in the water several times a week so I'll give it a good workout. I'll update the review if the suit doesn't hold up.

I'm so glad I bought this!

I put this on immediately out of the package, and wore it around the house for a few hours because it was so comfortable. It fits perfectly. I love that my entire body is covered, and it's breathable. I haven't taken it kayaking yet, but I'm sure it'll work great! I'm 5'4 and ordered the XL.

      As good as I expected!!!!

Posted by Judy L - via Amazon on May 28th 2015

I got my diving skin on time and I was very happy with it. It is fairly easy to put on and it made me look really good. I had read that the suit did that for us ladies that are a little older and not quite as toned as in younger years. My husband liked the suit too and I ordered one of them for him the same day I got mine.

Fit well, easy on and off

Posted by Toucan2 - via Amazon on May 28th 2015

In some of the reviews people mentioned it being difficult to take off. Mine might have been a little big, so maybe it was easier to remove, but I had no problems at all. It was comfortable to swim in, and I preferred having my own suit as opposed to the stinger suits that were offered (actually, required) on the boat out to the GBR.
