Great for more than wetsuits.
I use this for my leather motorcycle racing suit. Can handle the weight of a leather suit and runs off the AC inverter in my car.

I used the HangAir to dry the condensation out of the inside of a DUI drysuit with Turbosoles. Granted the inside of the suit was only slightly damp, but after leaving it hanging overnight it was bone dry inside, even down to the feet, which usually takes a while to accomplish. The fan is far from silent, but if you put it behind a closed door it's quiet enough that it isn't disruptive. I have to be careful as to how I arrange the neck seal on the suit to keep from blocking the fan, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I'd say this is a great product, and essential if you want to keep the inside of your suit dry and mildew free without turning it inside out after a day of diving.
Heavy duty and well built. I'm impressed with this thing. If I had one complaint, it would be that it is definitely lacking some sort of carry handle. With a heavy item hanging on it, it is hard to move. The hook part is elongated so that it would be a nice place to hold onto, but it is too small and polished metal to get any sort of grip on.
Much better than hanging in the garage and just hoping its dry overnight. Now... I KNOW its going to be dry and ready for another surf session in the morning.
Worked great on a 5 mil full body suit it was completely dry, will be buying one for me as that one was for my sweetie , who happens to be an instructor who sometimes will get out of the water at 10 at night and might teach a class at 7 in the morning.
Great device and it seems to work exceptionally well. I question those who in previous reviews have mentioned a noise factor. This thing is almost whisper quiet. It is a fan for goodness sake. It cannot, by design, be silent. If I have any suggestions to the manufacturer it would be these. Modify the width of the shoulders (making it slightly smaller) and increase the power of the fan. With those slight adjustments it would work just as well and be travel friendly. The current size makes it just a bit too large to pack with bulky dive gear for an excursion.
Product functions as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase. I live in Southern California and during the winter months I have no way to dry my wetsuit for daily use since I don't have access to direct sunlight and/or a steady breeze. With this product, I take my wetsuit into my bathroom (less humidity inside), fire this bad boy up, and my 4:3 wetsuit is crispy dry in the morning ready to take on 59 degree water in early January.
WOW! This product dried a 3/2 wetsuit in less than a day. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend because I was tired of smelling a disgusting wetsuit as it hung and dried in my bathroom... and that thing never would dry. Now that we have this dryer he put his wetsuit on it and the thing was nice and dry in less than 24 hours! Now he can surf in the cold winter without having to slip into a freezing wetsuit... and I don't have to smell a rotting wetsuit anymore. It blows a ton of air, it's as loud as a bathroom fan, and has a super long cord. This thing rocks!
Best Christmas gift ever. The motel smells 30% less awful on weekend back to back paddles.
